2. 交货地点和交货时间：

交货地点：CIP中国上海机场

交货时间：合同签订后3.5个月内FCA

5. 招标平台使用费：招标文件英文版及中文版一套（电子版），若中文和英文版有冲突以中文版为准。

500.00元人民币或80.00美元整。

9. *对投标人的资格要求：

（1）未被国家企业信用信息公示系统(www.gsxt.gov.cn)列入严重违法失信企业名单（查询时间不得早于招标文件起售日）;

（2）未被“信用中国”网站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)列入失信被执行人名单（查询时间不得早于招标文件起售日）;

（3）投标人为制造商或集成商，不接受代理商投标；

（4）投标人具有自2021年1月1日至投标截止日(以合同签订时间为准)酸再生设备供货业绩(包含不锈钢生产线上混酸(HF/HNO3)回收设备和能够对酸洗线上混酸(HF/HNO3)浓度、金属离子浓度在线检测的设备，酸再生处理量≥500L/h;过滤器流量≥500L/h;过滤器出干泥的含水率≤30%；硝酸回收率≥90%;氢氟酸回收率≥90%；溶解金属的去除率≥70%；在线酸分析仪具备数据传输功能及配酸计算功能;工艺方法为离子交换法)；

（5）投标方派遣具有相应资质能力的单位，实施供货设备的现场安装；

9. *Requirements of Bidder’s qualification：

(1) Not included in the list of seriously law-breaking and untrustworthy enterprises on the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt.gov.cn) (the query time shall not be earlier than the start date of the sale of the bidding documents);

(2) Not included in the list of dishonest executors on the website of "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn) (the query time shall not be earlier than the start date of sale of the bidding documents);

(3)The Bidder shall be a manufacturer or system integrator. Bidding by agents shall not be accepted.

(4)The bidder must have a supply performance record of acid regeneration equipment from January 1, 2021 to the bid submission deadline (based on the contract signing date), including mixed acid (HF/HNO3) recovery equipment for stainless steel production lines and equipment capable of online detection of mixed acid (HF/HNO3) concentration and metal ion concentration on pickling lines, with an acid regeneration processing capacity of ≥500L/h. The filter flow rate is ≥500L/h. The moisture content of the dry sludge discharged from the filter is ≤30%. The recovery rate of nitric acid is ≥90%. The recovery rate of hydrofluoric acid is ≥90%. The removal rate of dissolved metals is ≥70%. The online acid analyzer is equipped with data transmission function and acid mixing calculation function. The process method is ion exchange method;

(5)The bidder dispatches units with the corresponding qualifications and capabilities to carry out the on-site installation of the supplied equipment.
